01 Legal Relationship

Streamers HQ acts solely as a talent management intermediary and commercial agent. We facilitate deals between Content Creators and Partner Brands.

PLAIN ENGLISH: We are your management agents. We help you secure deals with partners, but we are not a gambling operator or a casino.

02 Financial Framework

Commissions & Fills

All "fills" (raw balance) and payments are subject to partner terms. Streamers HQ does not guarantee funds if an operator defaults.

Management Fees

We deduct a fixed management fee for our negotiation services. This fee is non-refundable once campaign terms are finalized.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By using Streamers HQ, you explicitly agree that the Agency is NOT responsible for:

Account Suspension or Termination
Unpaid commissions or seized balances
Local advertising standard violations

04 Professional Conduct

#AD Disclosure Must disclose all sponsored content in accordance with local laws (18+ alerts).

Fair Play Engagement botting, view-botting, or fake metrics result in immediate termination.
